Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Tijara Marketplace, we take pride in the quality of our handmade Moroccan crafts, authentic rugs, and natural beauty products. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we typically cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Specialized Return Guidelines

  • Moroccan Rugs & Handmade Crafts: Items must be returned in their original condition. We recommend taking photos of the item before shipping it back to us.
  • Beauty & Cosmetic Products: Due to health and hygiene reasons, beauty and cosmetic products (oil, soaps, creams, etc.) can only be returned if they are unopened, sealed, and unused. We cannot accept returns on beauty products that have been opened or tested.

Non-returnable Items

  • Used cosmetic or health products.
  • Custom-made or personalized handmade crafts.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: May be granted for items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges (Defects or Damage)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. Since our items are handmade, slight variations in design are part of the product’s unique character. However, if a product is truly damaged, contact us at support@tijaramarketplace.com.

Shipping & Returns

To return your product, please mail it to our collection center: Tijara Marketplace Agadir, Souss-Massa, Morocco

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: For high-value items like Moroccan Rugs, you must use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
